The management, especially the CEO has caused share holders a great loss this year. When they spent more than a million in marketing to encourage share holders to reject the takeover offer at 1.36 per shares because they didn't want to loss their job, they won but what did share holders get. A 5 cents divident as comparing to 45 cents share value. Thank you all for your royalties.
