I personally don't share in the friction that this offer is bringing out of some holders.
I love DYL and VMY merging to create a Uranium powerhouse, people should keep in mind that the agreed upon valuation when / if DYL & VMY merge is only part of the equation. The upside from synergy is what excites me, something that NEITHER company can do on their own.
Together, DYL and VMY are worth far more than the sum of their parts, its good to keep that in mind
