For a small cap with a low value high bulk ore discovery, a lot depends on location. If the deposit is near major publicly accessible transport it is a rarity. It massively reduces the requirement for capital investment if transport is avaiulable on reasonable terms. Magnetite is first concentrated before it is shipped using a magnetic concentrator. A lot of waste but a very high grade concentrate is hauled. This cuts haulage costs both on land and sea. This deposit appears to be within economic hauling distance of major port infrasrrucure that is presently underutilised due to the depletion fading out of the huge Broken Hill silver lead zinc mines. This is an elephant deposit by all appearances. With the discoveries nearby,it looks like a major ore province. Urban infastructure is nearby. Another cost saving for a small cap. The majors will look in if the economics stack up, even if only to maintain their bargaining power in the Asian iron market. We need to keep this. A way down the track as far as production goes, but the Chinese are already buying in next door. Expect downramping from such interests with this in mind.
