The fact that they're finally willing to pay the dividend that was held over from early 2020 and slated for repayment some time in 2022 is a good sign that internally there is a bit of confidence that the corner has been turned and we should be seeing at worse, less and less loss going forwards, but more likely small profits over the next year as confidence and supply returns to a market with a lot of pent up demand....
