I don't there's anything unusual about the SP being where it is imo. Consider that a lot of the positive news, such as this drilling announcement, are more-or-less confirming assumptions shareholders already had. I doubt much will happen until there's some bonafide permits, JV's, and sales agreements. From what I've seen, all of other companies going gangbusters have at least one of the above.
I'll be honest though, these last two weeks have been weird. I would think the punters who bought at $2+ would be relishing the buying opportunity but the volume says they aren't. If sub $2 prices don't get people excited, then why was there so much volume pushing the SP to $2.2 in the first place? Puzzling.
