The stockmarket is a game and Instos (unless the company is a major part of the top indices ) rarely buy on market . They want stock in a chunk usually by a discounted placement .
To play the game emerging companies need Insto support by giving them what they want .
Retailers are just that - they dont have the clout to hold especially if markets wobble
