These guys are not telling us anything new. We have been waiting on a parabolic move in PMs for quite some time - and every 'new dawn' seems to come crashing down.
OK, it will happen but no one knows when.
IMO while Silv holds IVR, I am happy to hold and accumulate.
And another thing, IVR does have stuff in the ground and will most likely find more AND is grossly under-priced, IMO!
