At first blush they could not act in isolation from Valeo so I would think if it is Valeo they would need two days to resolve this issue and how to word an announcement to the satisfaction of both companies.
I am not saying this is about Valeo but if it is this delay could even extend to next week.
We do have of course the statement by Tony Dawe to the Chinese investors if there being announcements plural soon.
So I do not think we can have any idea what is coming.
