I think conversion of options allows them to increase past the 20% limit.
They could have already been paid out their loan of approx $1.2M and if not it is due by 15ThDec anyway and together with the recent sells of $1M should go a long way to covering the conversion of their options. Perhaps a little more needed, I don’t recall how many options they hold.
