Ann: Race Oncology Share Purchase Plan Opens, page-97

Not sure if @RaceOncology or anyone else with more expertise in these matters is able to help me with this... I'm reading through the SPP and ASIC Instrument 2019/547 documentation and can't figure it out.

As well has personal holdings, I have Race shares held in an SMSF with a corporate trustee of which my wife and I are both directors of the trustee company and members of the SMSF... Am I limited to $30,000 in total applications between my SMSF and personal holdings, or am I able to apply separately for each and thereby use my wife's (beneficial) holding as well as my personal holding to access separate SPP entitlements up to the $30k limit?

A separate question for @RaceOncology, am I able to make multiple BPay payments to the same application which will be totalled together, or only a single payment? For example, I'd like to make an immediate application with the funds I have available in my SMSF, and then top it up with an additional application with funds from a rollover if that arrives in time. The rollover may not arrive in time though, especially if the offer closes early, and I'd rather get something than nothing.
