I think if all the of 2025 2025 plan is done, they could start paying dividends any time they have more that 6 months revenue in the bank. If the REE market is as strong as strong as today, I I think it would be crazy to pay a dividend. Far better return on a plan to increase capacity by 50 to 100% with the money.

I have said many times that growth companies should not pay dividends and I firmly believ that.Dividends do raise SP. .JMO People in AU appear to be much more dividend focused than US. So clearly I do not support a fividend in any way. My comments were purly a statement of fact A fact that does effect stock price. Wich is what the whole post was about. I believe at this time there are no Accumulated loses. I believe,not sure, they were all cleared out at same time they wrote down the plant value of lamp around the time of AL took over for NC. In the 2021. AR the statements are on pages 55 thru 61 I cannot find any accumulated loses. If you can just tell me where. Also, in 2020 AR they did not accumulate thoses loses either they just took them. Since they are doing nothing to acumulate loses I think this MAY indicate Managment is not expecting any big jump in profits soon. Accumulating loses is a great tool if you have a bad year and expect a big turnaround in a year or two. If not soon (2 to 6 years) it is usaullay better to have money in your pocket rather than goverments.
