According to what I heard on the radio that roadmap percentage is currently 90%.
Day trips out at present due to the need of a negative test which practicality means trips would have to be longer.
That 90% may change.
Where I live they set percentage targets but relaxed conditions even though the targets weren't reached.
It might take too long to get to 90% so near enough might be good enough.
