    I also looked back at previous announcements and saw that initial deal was done with AFX Vanadium but couldn't find any information on the transfer to RVT. RVT is an Australian incorporated private company established 1/7/2017. A search will reveal the Directors.

    Definitely Chinese involvement, an IPO will provide more detail and disclosure obligations.
    It will be interesting to see how far the project can be advanced with off take agreements etc before the anticipated IPO.
