Directors altogether are entitled to 109M shares total amount $548K. That's 27% of what is on offer. Usually if they intend to participate, they would say so in the prospectus. If they are not participating, then maybe some shortfall. At 0.005, that's re-set price. Stack of accumulated losses, which is a tax asset. Debt free. Lithium thematic still strong. Worth considering?
