Hi Beetrootpie
Yes, what to do.
I love the first paragraph in the annual report from the executive chairman.
"CommQuest started its short life with much promise but
failed to deliver, reporting a loss of $52 million in the
financial year to 30 June 2009. It is distressing to witness
such a profound destruction in shareholder value. There are
no excuses."
At least he is brutally honest and upfront.
I'm going to take the risk and invest more in the recapitalisation. The upside is higher than the downside. The only thing that will put a spanner in the works is LCW's claim, which could sink this company.
But I'm sure LCW do not want to get nothing in return out of this and am hoping for a peaceful resolution.
The company is still a going concern, lessons learnt I hope and now they can concentrate on improving the companies bottom line thus increasing shareholders wealth.
Good luck (we are gonna need it.)
