I've been a bystander looking in here for the last couple of months as I have an investment interest in GL. I do not hold this stock but it's useful to keep an eye on other activities in the area. Without being too disruptive, it seems as clear as day that the current ownership/backend structure of GGG is not welcomed and the best-case scenario seems to be that this company changes hands to new western ownership. China it seems is not welcome in GL. This is not Africa where they can bully the local people by 'investing' in the political elite, which they tried to do by appointing ex-GL ministers. It's been funny reading posts from both sides of this argument but it is now well and truly over.
