Very unlikely.
That would mean the company currently is aware of material market sensitive information and failed to disclose this information to the market prior to the AGM.
Pretty sure that is not allowed.
I think the only options are:
(i) An Ann prior to the AGM; or
(ii) An Ann after the AGM.
I reckon people attending the AGM will get responses to JV questions along the lines of: "We are currently working towards securing the JV, along with exploring other options" and expect to release information to the market shortly.
