I discussed this publication at length in the media thread, maybe 4 months ago. This document has been exhaustively broken down, and the findings are GOOD for Talga. Namely, that Talga has made good faith concessions to the Sami, and that the Sami should not be an obstacle to the mine finally coming online.
Of course you would know that if you read it, and maybe you did. No care to analyze it though huh?
But the general theme is that Neutro is trying to create, or stir up FUD when none exists. Ive never seen a more obvious downramper.
