Seems there is more sellers. I would suggest it is barcleys still reducing thier holding, they just don't have to report it. Once they finish, we will see some rises. As has been said on this thread, cvn are learning how to work this area, and getting some good results.
oil is at 75 and we go backwards, sooner barclays vanish of the holders list, the better. Good riddance...grrr
