Seriously though, if it hadn't taken place by the 23rd, I don't see it happening before the 30th. (Possibly could have been the 23rd after the webcast.) Thanksgiving weekends are a big travel holiday for Americans. Federal offices are ghost towns the Wednesday before and the Friday and Monday following Thanksgiving. Nobody schedules big meetings on those dates. Not just speculating, I spent decades working in a scientific federal government agency.
