If no real information( don’t care about weather in Vancouver) then be nice at AGM to hear what rest of board have to say….. IRL….!
but given repetition of warm and cozy words I can only hope for serious news between now and AGM.
And also ”transformative or accretive” reason for large raising as signalled by CEO would be helpful .
