Running discussion on SP, page-58290

A lot of people are focusing on why ML has not been signed off. Well, think as if you were the minister of mining, you would have been developing the strategy, the message to the rest of the government and the world, the preparation of the forum, etc. etc. A whole of things that are much more important and strategic than signing the ML with AVZ. I would expect the signing of ML would have been delayed but I am very comfortable with what the next priority might be.
