Almost didnt notice this last line:

"a decision on whether the first large scale commercial demonstration project will be located in Australia is expected soon."

i wouldnt have expected that line - that's a morsel to get my mind turning over.

Not sure what to think about it. There's a part of me that would love for the first 50MW site to be located in another country (on equally beneficial terms - not sure how that would happen though) just to raise a big fat single finger to Rudd and his politcally inspired procrastination.
