My guess is that the REDP will be used to create the 5mw without the need for any further funding (thats a 37.5m requirement at 3-1. This would provide CWE with a positive cashflow - any one care to hypothesize how much PA?). The balance of the grants combined with the Investec money will be put towards a full commercial plant.

Is there any requirement for the WA money to be spent in WA. I would think so.

I am going to guess that CWE will install Australias first commercial size plant outside WA. They will do this to leverage off additional government help / concessions of some sort.
My further guess is that the first commercial plant may be found in VIC as I think it is VIC that have more to gain than any other state for this tech at the moment. With the huge problems they are having with Brown coal plants.

All of the above is a huge Hypothesis mind you.

I think that once physical movement on the demo plants start we will see much further additional interest from all over the world
