Besides the first line, I appreciate your mannered response. I agree with some of it. Sounds like you're anti-mandate yourself, in most cases. Which explains why you want to know why people are hesitant.

You might find most people are hesitant in these new vaccines specifically because they're new and there's still unknowns about them. Now you can disagree and argue but that's their reason. I doubt there would be even 1% of the people refusing to be vaccinated with mRNA, if say they're told that the a normal flu shot will help the C19 situation, that will still be refusing it. I believe people will be much much more open to it.
