Re Wafflehead, quote didn't work....I'm not trying to put anyone straight. I'm just describing the issues with the concept of free will. Obviously we have will, we have drive, the ability to respond....but the question is: is this free will? I would say no, what we have is neural networks that have evolved to gather information and respond to it, how we respond depends on the state of the system, not its Will.
