i brought prr @.13 and sold @.17, that fast and thats what i do with any specy i buy get in when buyers are,and get out when sellers are high,i never worry what the company is buyers can push any spec up very fast and down just as fast, im no expert but thats the rule i use and very rarely make a lose, good luck to all prr holders.
