If a person says they don't want to vaccinated and they can't tell you why, I'd say they are uninformed and uneducated. That is the " just because " category. If they refuse to become informed and continue to say, " just because " then I would say they are indeed very selfish and ignorant.
This is a serious community health issue where people die. Being selfish isn't acceptable.
