The rest of the conditions on pages 18 to 20 are probably the most complicated I've ever seen and they include those above, production capacity targets (LTI) and company total shareholder return targets (RSTR). I initially thought that these performance incentives were provided without conditions (and hence over the top) but after reading through the document I can see that he will have work his guts out to meet the performance targets and earn 100% of all his performance rights.

While I'm at it, I've copied and pasted the other two categories of performance rights below (LTI and RSTR).

LTI Company Group Asset LCE Production Capacity Targets (30 June 2024)

RSTR Total Shareholder Return Against Comparator Group of Companies Targets (31 August 2024)

TSR = "Company’s Total ShareholderReturn (or TSR) over a three-year period from1 September 2021 to 31 August 2024 relative to theTSR of the Comparator Group."

....I thought these would have been by the end of 2021, not 2022...???!!!

I thought we were about to pull the trigger on pond construction; just awaiting delayed permits..?
I thought we had adequate cash to at least fund an 11ktpa project build..?

What gives?
