Thank you for posting the holdings info! The way I see the plot both Vanguard and Blackrock who are enormous money managers in the USA are one of the top holders of Pfizer stock and have a huge advantage to access of the ins and outs of Pfizer. That’s why both Vanguard and Blackrock are large holders of IMU. It is clear to me that Pfizer has more than an interest in IMU. They where the black night guiding Blackrock and Vanguard to vote against Axel Hoos in the board coup. This confirms to me that IMU’s science is extraordinary and the reason this block of holders needed to get rid of Axel was for competitive reasons. He became a liability. To me this company is most likely in play right now. I did add some more tonight.
