Whilst it is true that the options are out of the money they may contain significant time value, which would be significant for those whom believe that AXM will deliver. Obviously the time value will erode as they came closer to expiry.
To myself the options are worth zero, to those whom have altered brain chemistry or who are endeavouring to make up a past loss they may be worth much more. A BS valuation would produce a significant value due to the price volatility and time remainig to expiry
PS Maybe evaporate instead of erode would be a better choice of words
PPS Noted that FML gave AXM a cheery wave as they passed one another a few days ago.
