You might have a point here...
The decision to execute the MOU early may be because EFE have already begun the process of acquiring another lithium project.
I would need to review the MOU but if it specifies they would only be allowed to pursue JV projects after it was executed that could potentially point to another acquisition already in process.
It could make the next few months very interesting
