A stroke of genius by SLR management in my opinion. They will most likely gain an excellent asset for a pittance.
The mismanagement by Harte is clear as day. Have an in depth look at some of the debt funding arrangements they got themselves into. It should have been a warning to Harte shareholders a long time ago.
It's not uncommon for good assets being picked up on the cheap from companies with either inexperienced or unskilled managers.
This announcement by SLR inspired me to buy more.
