I watch order queues as well as my layman charts, some people say it's like tea leaves but there can be useful insights. IOU prior to the IDSB deal was constantly getting capped with some decent orders propping support levels but always forcing the range. Not long before the deal was announced they all dropped, the cap the support the lot, both sides were freed and then a uptrend began. With the release of the initial ANN pushing it well into the low 30's and what I was hoping would be a LT uptrend. Unfortunately since then it has been trending down with what I assume is a myriad of different reasons including uncertainty of what IOU is trying to achieve and it's timelines.

Lately I have been noticing similar trends and people assume when you mention accumulation it is in the positive light of an institution.
