The shares issued by MMX to vendors are an interesting point. What was their value. For MMX shares to have value as I think 10 cents were the issue price Nicu had to have substance. If part of this substance came from the Cadetta transaction then CHM has again added value to MMX.

The shares that Barnes and Grimalidi got through Winterfall I believe would be part of the CHM claim personally against them in terms of "accounting for profits"

Not only would they be chasing an interest in the project but they will also want personal compensation orders against B and G.
