why do you ask ? I was told that it was always New Hope before the time SOL bought it from the 'owner' Robertson for a song, all the existing shareholders felt the pain except the seller and SOL.
Was referred to as NO HOPE Coal at the time i heard. I assumed the value was hidden somewhere in the books until change of ownership..
