I wouldn't get too excited about that connection Kibaranfan, POSCO is just covering it's bases everywhere - South Australia is a LONG way from Tanzania/Epanko & in a LOT more stable jurisdiction - read sovereign risk Tanzania style = stop mining & get out.
Hopefully EGR/POSCA come up with an actual amount as per the RNU MOU & can progress this to binding. It's all go, there will be winners & losers.
