    IGRA will be favoured for BCG vaccinated and those not likely to return to have TST read (homeless, drug users, etc). BCG vaccinated healthcare worker screening (foreign born) will be a large potential market which will be opened up by such a guideline.
    TST will be favoured for children.
    All other situations use either but not both.
