Exactly. This is why MT took part in the EU green anode conference the other night, to get cheap money! It's my belief he'll be given a lot of it too. Everyone is so hung up on the JV and missing this huge point. The EU is beginning to take critical raw material shortages very, very seriously! They do not want to be beholden to China for security reasons,and they don't want to buy cheap products with a dirty backstory in the pursuit of green ambitions.
