    • TO RECEIVE ROYALTY PAYMENTS ON ALL SALES OVER 3-YEAR EXCLUSIVITY PERIOD
    • EXCLUSIVITY COMMITMENT IS CONDITIONED ON AN AVERAGE SALE IN 3 YRS OF NO LESS THAN EUR1.0M
