They are also buying and selling to each other, with new buys being loaded onto the sell side to cap. Once they get enough shares they then lower the price, and repeat.
It's clear on the trades and data, so it seems that its deliberate. Would like to be able to get the insight word from the company as to what they're planning, as I guarantee that in the next 2 weeks something will come out which will shed light on why the price was decided to be driven down.
