Its was the big US holder who voted them down. I think its wrong.
I want directors incentivised to make it work! I believe it was worth about $40k pa for Rob over 3-4 years. Remember they have to write a cheque to convert the options to shares, they are not free and cash goes into the treasury, which is good.
If you don't give directors incentive, talent tends to move on!!
Remember that they have just done a great deal on the lithium assets that saves us all massive amounts of dilution, as they now don't have to raise capital and issue more shares !! some reward is not unreasonable. Remember Rob can get better pay with big companies, note sure that's in our best interests.
Just my thoughts, looks exciting and cheap but do your own research and get advice if you don't know what you are doing or know how this space works (some comments do make me wonder at times)!!!!
