Couldn't agree more. The recent Scottish conference had a feeble mention of deforestation & not a peep on over population.
We have gone from 3.8b in 1971 to 7.9b in 2021. Double in 50 years, and it won't take 50 years to get to 16b - it is exponential growth. Unless the virus knocks over a few billion. This planet can't handle such a population - to feed, clothe & warm them; providing for all their needs.
Crazy shite, but the wokes only worry about fossil fuel usage.
