Saying that at a point in time there was a risk that the stock was overpriced and saying Z1P was overpriced are two very different things. At any point in time, there is a risk that any stock is overpriced. It's a very general statement.
Like I said earlier. If you try hard enough to find "downramping" I'm sure you'll find it in any post. Doesn't really add any value though.
