I wouldn't be writing off ETH, it is a huge part of the blockchain and if it didn't exist thousands of projects would not be able to be used.

I wouldn't call banks better than BTC and ETH! What interest rate do you get from a bank on a 100K deposit?

If you stake that amount you could be earning over 12%+ interest.
