AS a chm holder my preference is to see us end up with MMX stock rather than cash as the majority of the settlement.
With its cornerstone investors and Mitsubishi as a partner it actually has a lot of upside.
Its problem was it was put together by some shady characters and raided CHM to get its deal over the line.
CHM holding a substantial amount of shares in MMX will let it share in the upside which I beleive it should have been able to from the very beginning.
