i dont really want to get involved as I'm spectating this particular debate... however here i go

i agree that vrx has been poor at communicating its expectations and made some claims that have proven to be wildly inaccurate. now whether this rises to the levels of deception or misinformation is a matter for the imaginary legal eagle none of us will ever hire.

what is clear is the poor comms has left a Panama canal size gap with which to confuse investors. all one has to do is line up all the previous company pressos and watch the timelines slide to the right inexplicably. or the company updates with reference to offtakes that are still not here (although never did say which xmas). then finally the beloved water bore... or was it a test bore...that was 3 weeks from completion...that was never mentioned again..

oh and then my questions from last night regarding the last quarterly stating ASN public consultation being on the dwers or epa website... its not there.

then throw into this dumpster fire of comms errors EVERY INTERVIEW where he's provided subjective but very suggestive timelines....

oh oh oh... and announcing "arrowsmith offtake"... to read that its a term sheet.

all in all I'd say it is reasonable to suggest that a common person would find these confusing at best... misleading at worst.

of course this is purely my opinion.
