No I have not been to or met Alice ---- but a director who has now retired and has nearly 4 mill shares in the company , might need cash to start said retirement and has no rules to hold her back from selling the shares .
And like a lot of things said on hotcopper ------ I am only guessing , that it is Alice who on the back end of this wk sold some of or all her shares.
