Yes I was thinking the same, it's a good/interesting technology - but use case would need to be worked.
Fibroscan can detect cirrhosis but not fatty liver I believe.
Shearwave elastrography is another technology built into many normal ultrasound machines now days - that detects similar.
There is quantitative and qualitative quantification of fat (and Iron) available on MRI. I suppose EMV could be working on such too.
