The problem with real world data is you have far less control of variables. You need a clinical trial where only the variables you control can change. The real world adds in factors that leave results that can be ambiguous and misinterpreted. I agree that clinical trials plus real world data would give the best overall impressions of new drug therapies in some circumstances. We must let Mathematics decide the outcome of trials. It is pure science and accurate.
